Competition Terms

Competitors must be members of recognised Golf Clubs and be able to produce a handicap certificate.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled by contacting the Club Office on info@duffhouseroyal.com

- If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play a full refund will be issued.

- If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, no refund will be offered unless in special mitigating circumstances, with evidence provided upon request.

- Gents 5 Day - If you cancel your booking less than 3 Months in advance for first day of tournament, no refund will be offered unless in special mitigating circumstances, with evidence provided upon request.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking prior to your round of golf and in accordance with the cancellation policy above there will be no refund

Course Closed

Open Tournaments will be rescheduled and your tee time will be moved to the new date.
