PRACTICE FACILTIES
At Duff House Royal we have some of the best practice facilitates in the area with large areas that can be used for individual practice up to group coaching. Check out our Golf Academy for full details on tuition. We have several areas to allow endless practice.
K Main Practice Range
Located a short walk from the Clubhouse, is our all weather sheltered practice bays which is ideal for players wishing to hit longer shots into the three small target greens. By appointment and can be used by checking in at the Pro Shop.
K Chipping and Bunker Practice Green
A dedicated double-tier green and deep, wide bunker provides the ideal test for for the finesse shots that that can turn any round into a great one. Ideal for working on approach play around the greens and bunker shots.
K Mackenzie Style Putting Green
New for 2024 we have a new Mackenzie Style putting green right next to the Pro Shop and first tee. A quick warmup prior to heading out to the course or testing the latest putters from the Pro Shop.
K 18 Hole Putting Green
Adjacent to the main car park is the manicured 18 hole putting green which provides the same ball speed as the course. The 18 holes offer all ranges of putts, plus the subtleties you can expect on the real thing.
K Warm Up Nets
We have two number practice nets next to the first tee and the pro shop to allow you to get ready for your round.

Panoramic windows capture an ever-changing vista...be it the Hill o' Doune, the Moray Firth, the seven span Smeaton bridge over the River Deveron...and, lest we forget, the MacKenzie course in all its glory.
The Clubhouse provides a place of anticipation of the game that lies ahead and time for reflection on what might have been!
The 2019 refurbishment brings a new refreshed, up-to date and modern design that's truly world class. To further aid such emotions we provide all the benefits of good food, pleasant company, a well-stocked bar and comfortable sofas in which to watch the outside world drift by.
But for those who cannot leave the daily challenge too far behind, free fibre optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the Clubhouse to ensure you never drop offline. All we ask is that the devices are switched to silent for the benefit of all members and guests.
We are a family friendly club and have a number of puzzles, games and for the younger members a bead maze table.
The clubhouse is also home to a full sized snooker table in our dedicated snooker hall. Members and their guest are welcome to enjoy a game.
Showers and changing facilities are available in the visitors’ locker room along with individual secure lockers for the safe storage of your belongings.

The Bar
Our fully licensed, well-stocked bar is filled is an extensive range of drinks. Including our extensive range of the latest and newest gins & cocktails, there is sure to be something you like or maybe our knowledgeable bar staff can offer you something new!
We are happy to cater to your needs, just ask! We are here to help and serve you!
Our opening hours are timed to meet the needs of our members and guests. The bar and restaurant work seamlessly to achieve great service.

PRO SHOP
The Professional Shop is conveniently situated at the front of the clubhouse on the first tee.
All visitors and members with guests should report to the Pro Shop prior to playing the course and our team will assist you with your green fees, tee times and direct you to the amenities both in the clubhouse and on the course.
We are indeed fortunate to have two Professionals attached to the Club who focus on teaching. Our professionals are on hand to assist you in any way possible, all you need to do is ask!
Clubs and Trolleys can also be hired and golf lessons are available by appointment.
